Full Management Of Your Property
Our full management package gives you the ultimate protection for your investment.
To start with we will give you a full property or portfolio consultation with one of our property experts. Our follow up report will provide you with our rental projection, a list of works needed to make your place meet not only the legal requirements but also to meet our own commitment to providing the best standard possible for our tenants, maximizing your returns.
After taking incredible photographs we will advertise your property across leading portals Rightmove and Zoopla, on our website and across our social media channels.
We will carry out all viewings on your property.
We will find you the very best tenants, undertake rigorous referencing and back that up with our bulletproof tenancy contract.
We will provide your tenants with a digital inventory – giving all parties a foolproof document of the condition of the property – we will refer to this when we carry out our indepth checkout at the end of the tenancy.
Undertake, record and document all gas safety, legionella, carbon dioxide and electrical testing. We will make it our business to keep up to date with absolutely all the the legal stuff so you don’t have to!
We use Fixflo to manage all maintenance – providing tenants 24 hour access to report any issues and instant work requests to our expert contractors ( all vetted by us and all with Public Liability Insurance & fully certified) . We will request your approval for works according to a limit set by you – giving you full control of expenditure without the hassle.
We will inspect your property every four months and provide you with a written report, with photos and details of any works that need carrying out.
Rental monies less expenses and our management fee paid to you monthly.
Price 14.4% of monthly rent ( including VAT)
